Return Conditions
You may return products purchased from https://tuverti.com ("Website") within 14 days of the date of purchase to the return address mentioned below.
Items that are used, whose original packaging is damaged, or that are not in fully re-salable condition will not be accepted for return. You must present the original invoice belonging to your item(s) and its copies to be able to request a return. Items without an invoice will not be accepted for return.
For product returns for which the sales invoice is issued corporately, a return invoice must be issued to us. Products for which a return invoice is not issued cannot be processed.
Shipping costs for products you wish to return are covered by TUVERTI. You can return your products free of charge by YURTICI Kargo on domestic orders. You can return your products by DHL Express on buyer's cost for international orders.
To be exempt from shipment fees, you must send your products to our return address through one of our contracted cargo companies. For returns shipped through other cargo companies, the shipment fees will be incurred by the customer. Returns shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Prior to return, you shall inform TUVERTI through e-mail: info@tuverti.com or whatsapp contact number: 08504412617. Returns cannot be made unless the printed invoice belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, with their original packages and tags, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and components intact.
Returned items will be inspected by authorized staff for deformities or damages caused by misuse. If the products are approved, your refund will be issued to your credit card within 10-12 business days of our receipt of the products. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been approved. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified of the reason and the product(s) you sent for return will be delivered back to your shipping address.
